With Adventure Fest Happening Father’s Day Weekend!

Heber City, Utah (June 2, 2022) — Heber Valley Chamber is hosting its second annual Main-to-Main 10K race and family-friendly 1-mile fun run on Friday, June 17, 2022, at 7:00 pm. This fast and scenic 10K course starts on Heber Main Street at the Heber City Main Street Park and meanders through this stunning mountain town to Midway Main Street, and back. This race is well supported, and all runners receive a t-shirt and medal for participating, and fun run participants also receive a t-shirt. Registration closes June 16th.

The Heber Valley Chamber staff and Heber Valley Running Club are holding weekly training runs throughout town and leading up to the race date. This training plan is intended to both prepare runners for the 10K race route and build a stronger community among running enthusiasts and those new to the sport. This low-pressure training plan is led by Chamber team members and is free to all who wish to train with them.

This 3-day Adventure Fest on Main is a great way to kick off Father’s Day weekend. The events begin on Thursday, June 16th with the first Heber Market on Main at Heber City Main Street Park from 5:00 to 9:00 pm and includes booths, vendors, food trucks, and live music. The bulk of activities will take place on Friday, June 17th with ATV rides, special children’s market, hot air balloon rides, 10K race, family fun run, live DJ, and a glow stick dance party all at the Heber City Main Street Park. (Use code “DAD2022” to save $5 for dads registering to run the 10K or the fun run.) Then cap off this 3-day event with a delicious pancake breakfast on Saturday morning, June 18th, at 8:00 am. Plus, dads eat free! Celebrate Father’s Day weekend and the beginning of summer in Heber Valley.
