Cheese Tasting

Calling on all cheese enthusiasts! During this monthly cheese tasting event, you'll learn about the historic dairy farm and the family's cheese-making processes. Then, after brief instruction on how to taste the different cheeses, you can experience a blind tasting and rate 20 flavors of cheese-- using Cheddar, Queso Fresco, or Monetery Jack as a base. You'll end the tasting by enjoying three local pairings: small bites of our cheese paired with other local products. This experience is perfect for families, couples, or a group. We'll see you soon!
