We are a coffee roastery and cafe located in the Heber Valley. We focus on high-quality and single-origin coffees imported from farms and estates in countries around the coffee-producing world, emphasizing sourcing Fair Trade and organic beans. We strive to develop single-origin coffees and blends that are both remarkable and approachable. The Factory Cafe, a collaboration between Pink Elephant Coffee and Ritual Chocolate, is located alongside the roastery and features espresso and coffee drinks, hot chocolates, smoothies, baked goods, sandwiches, and more.
