Intermountain Health Heber Valley Hospital Main-to-Main 5K & 10K Races

Kicking off the Red, White & Blue Festival this year, Heber Valley Chamber is hosting the fifth annual Intermountain Health Heber Valley Hospital Main-to-Main 5K & 10K race. This family-friendly run takes place on Friday, July 4, 2025, at 7:00 am.

This fast and scenic 10K course starts at the Heber City Main Street Park and meanders through the beautiful mountain town to Midway Main Street and back. Complete the registration form linked below today. We'll see you on race day!
