• Book 50+ room nights at one of the local meeting properties.
• Airfare or driving costs will be reimbursed up to $500 (upon receipt of a signed hotel contract for your meeting.)
• Meeting must be booked and contract signed within 6 months of site visit.
• Qualified reimbursement up to $500 is issued per group contract.

Individual and Group FAM Tours Work
Our team will host qualified Meeting Planners for an individual or group familiarization (FAM) tour in our mountain valley. Our customized FAM tours allow you to experience Heber Valley, Utah at a time that works well for you. Our group FAM tours are typically a two-day experience with 10 or fewer planners.

All tours are full of fun and informative experiences that tie in your unique meeting needs. We will show you the meeting spaces available and give you a taste of the experience your meeting attendees can look forward to here.
