Heber Valley features meeting venues & options you must see to believe. If you schedule a Heber Valley site tour, we will reimburse your airfare when you book a qualified meeting.

You will discover that our destination is just a short 45-minute ride from Salt Lake City International Airport and 20-minutes from Park City, Heber Valley offers several meeting facilities, dozens of group-friendly restaurants and a mountain range of year-round activities and events.

How to Qualify:

• You must submit a "new" RFP.
• You must have a site visit to Heber Valley, scheduled through Jana Brown, Destination Sales Manager.
• Your group must book a minimum of 50 room nights lodging at one of our meeting properties.
• Airfare/Driving will be reimbursed upon receipt of a copy of a signed hotel contract for your meeting.
• Meeting must be booked and contract signed within 6 months of site visit.
• Airfare/drive reimbursement up to $500 is issued per group contract.

  Ambassador Incentive 

Receive $50 by suggesting to your professional groups and associations that Heber Valley is "The Place to Meet." We all belong to different professional groups or associations for networking, training, and peer-to-peer assistance. The Heber Valley Tourism Office is offering you a $50 incentive to encourage your next group or association meeting to take place in the Heber Valley. For each warm** introduction to your organization's meeting or conference planning team, you'll earn $50. 

To sweeten the deal, if your organization books within 12 months, we'll give you an additional $250.* To qualify, send an email to your organization lead to introduce Jana Brown, our Destination Sales Manager. She will take it from there. This opportunity is good until June 30, 2024. How Our Individual and Group FAM Tours Work

Go Heber Valley will host qualified planners for an individual or group familiarization tour of our rural country valley. Our customized individual FAM tours allow you to experience Heber Valley at a time that works for you.  Our group tours are typically a two-day experience with 10 or fewer planners.

All tours are full of fun and informative experience that ties in your unique meeting needs with fresh mountain air, personalized tours, amazing dining and numerous unique activities.  After all, there's more to meetings than sitting in a meeting room!
