Event Submission Policies:

We appreciate your interest in adding your event to our digital calendar. We receive a lot of calendar event submission requests, and we select content that aligns with our tourism and chamber mission and goals.

• We are committed to promoting community events, but we are not able to post everything.
• We may limit the events we feature on our calendar to maintain a focused and cohesive digital calendar platform. 
• Your event may not qualify or fall within our current scope, in which case, we won't be able to add it.
• We understand the importance of your event and recognize there are a variety of ways you can promote it through other channels.
• We suggest you post your event to social media and tag us in the post so we can share relevant information on our social channels. (@hebervalleychamber and @hebervalley)
