FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (January 28, 2025) Heber City, Utah — Get ready for an electrifying weekend of winter sports and Western heritage as Skijoring Utah returns to Heber City on Friday, February 14th, and Saturday, February 15th, 2025. Held at the scenic Wasatch County rodeo grounds, this high-energy event blends skiing and horseback riding into an unforgettable competition of speed, skill, and adrenaline.

Competitors will race through a snow-covered course featuring jumps, gates, and rings, all while being pulled at high speeds.
“Skijoring Utah is a celebration of Utah’s ski legacy and cowboy lifestyle in one event. And we love hosting it in Heber Valley!” said Joe Loveridge, owner of RMO Horses and co-founder of Skijoring Utah.
Dallin Koecher, Executive Director of Heber Valley Tourism and Chamber, added, “Wasatch County will be the epicenter of adrenaline with this event, with the perfect blend of snowsports meets the spirit of the Wild West.”
