Deer Valley East Village, part of the "Expanded Excellence" initiative (formerly Mayflower Mountain Resort), will introduce North America's newest world-class alpine village since 1981. Located in northern Heber Valley, Utah, this luxury development features new ski lifts providing year-round access to expansive terrain and scenic views of Jordanelle Reservoir.
The project will include several luxury hotels, over 1,000 private residences, and a walkable shopping and dining area. Ski lifts, runs, and lodging are under construction, with the first lifts set to open in the 2024/25 ski season. A portion of the new ski development is located within a MIDA Project Area.(Video features Deer Valley Expanded Excellence terrain expansion and new village content from Alterra Mountain Company.
