Wasatch Mountain State Park is the second largest state park in Utah. This state park provides an onsite Visitor Center where visitors can purchase a state park pass or day-use pass, learn about the area, walk through the plant and animal museum, and visit the fish pond onsite. Soldier Hollow, the 2002 Olympic winter venue, is located at the park's south end and is open year-round. There are four 18-hole golf courses located inside Wasatch Mountain State Park: the Lake Course and Mountain Course are located in north Midway; the Gold Course and Silver Course are located adjacent to Soldier Hollow in the southern portion of the state park.
