June 2017 Business of the Month: Mountain Valley RV Resort
The Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to honor Mountain Valley RV Resort as the June Business of the Month for their dedication to a high level of customer and quality service that is being recognized throughout the industry.
Cache Ferguson, general manager, said customer service and visitor experience are their top priorities.
“The staff here really go out of their way to make sure our guests are enjoying their time at the resort,” said Ferguson.
This high level of service has garnered the attention of some of the best awards in the RV industry. Good Sam is well known and trusted source of information for RV owners. Each year Good Sam scores RV parks across the country and Mountain Valley RV Resort has earned the perfect score of 10/10/10 every year. Only about 100 parks around the country earn such a prestigious ranking and Mountain Valley RV Resort is the only park in Utah to have earned such a ranking.
For Ferguson and his team, they are proud to be able to offer such quality services and amenities at the resort. From hot tubs and swimming pools, to pickle ball courts and play grounds, to cabins and onsite ATV rentals, giving their guests an unforgettable experience is all in a day’s work.
Since the resort opened in 2013 guests have been filling the resort week-in and week-out. Recently, the resort completed an expansion of 56 new sites, bringing their total number of sites to 150. The new expansion offers a new clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and extra large site pads. If you are interested in enjoying a nice relaxing time in the pool, hot tub and other amenities in Phase 2, this is just the place for you as all amenities are for adults 21 and over.
This expansion represents the growth and popularity of the park since its opening. Over the years Ferguson said the park has seen guest and license plates from all 50 states, and guest from about 10 to 15 nations.
“It’s been fun welcoming all of our guests at Mountain Valley RV Resort and to see where they come from,” said Ferguson.
